  • How quickly will you respond to my enquiry?

    Usually within 30 minutes – we will pass your enquiry on to a practice partner (one of our managing directors) who will be in contact with you usually within 30-60 minutes (if within the normal working day).

    At weekends and evenings, this may increase to within 2 hours of your enquiry being submitted.

  • What happens after I have made an enquiry?

    Your client experience starts once you have made an enquiry. This is what happens next:

    • Within 30-60mins you will get a personal response from one of our practice partners.
    • They will answer your question directly via email or schedule a call with you to explore your matter further.
    • That’s it! There is no obligation for anything, we just endeavour to make ourselves useful for you.
  • Who will respond to my enquiry?

    One of our operations team will pass your enquiry on to a practice partner (one of our managing directors) who reach out to your directly to answer your question or help with your query.

    You get contacted directly by one of our leadership, we do not assign a junior account executive who cannot answer your questions on the first call.

  • What cyber security services do you offer?

    We offer a broad range of standard services and some bespoke services. Many of our standard services can be found on our services page here (not all standard services are mentioned there for brevity reasons).

    If you’re after something that isn’t listed here, please get in contact and we can let you know fairly quickly (within 30 – 60 minutes) whether it is something we can provide or not.

  • Concerns over cyber security budget?

    If you are unsure whether you have sufficient budget for cyber security, we are happy to advise what ‘normal’ might be for your sector and size of organisation.

    We work will a vast array of small to medium sized businesses and have good insights on how you might be able to pitch for and acquire a strong cyber budget internally.

    We have even performed budget benchmarking exercises for specific sectors and so might have useful data points for you to use and reference internally.
