With over 20 years of procurement experience across the UK, Europe, South Asia, and South Africa, Richard provides interim and consultancy support for IT procurements, specializing in enterprise applications (Salesforce, SAP, and Microsoft D365), cloud solutions (Azure and AWS), SaaS licensing, and outsourcing.
Richard has led global technology supply procurements and has expertise in complex RFPs, supplier negotiations, and vendor relationship management. With a strong track record of working with key stakeholders, he ensures business requirements are met while managing supplier contracts and negotiations, including those resulting from private equity deals.
His past clients include CCI Contact Centres, Elexon, HomeServe, Ofgem, Smart DCC, TalkTalk, The Co-operative Group, and Westminster City Council.
