Esther is an AI engineer with a background in Computing and Artificial Intelligence, holding a BSc in Computer Science and an an MSc in Artificial Intelligence from Queen Mary, University of London. At CyPro, she works within the AI and automation team, helping to build intelligent tooling that supports both clients and internal operations
During her previous role at International Airlines Group (British Airways), Esther supported the delivery of AI and automation initiatives across the business.She contributed to the development of LLM-powered solutions and intelligent process automation, helping to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency and turnaround times. She has worked across cloud infrastructure, infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD, and has supported the deployment of AI applications in secure, scalable environments
