Chris Whitehead

Chris is a Chartered Security Architect (SABSA) and CISSP with almost 20 years of experience in security architecture, risk assessment, and target-state design across IT and OT environments.
A technologist at heart, Chris specialises in pragmatic, business-led security architectures that are firmly grounded in risk and threat. He combines deep technical knowledge with a genuine understanding of how organisations operate and what they actually need to be secure.
His experience spans public sector, financial services, and energy, including work on critical national infrastructure and a stint as Code of Connection Assessor for a Government Agency’s OT network. He also contributes to ISO 27001 standards development at the BSI, and is equally comfortable presenting risk and recommendations to a Board as he is working through the technical detail with an engineering team.
